  • August 30, 2026 – For abstracts submitted between June 16 and August 10, 2026
  • October 10, 2026 – For abstracts submitted between August 11 and September 15, 2026

Registration Fees

The registration fees for The 7th International Conference on Biohydrogels 2026 are listed below.

(*) Biohydrogels associations Members must provide a Scanned copy of Membership Card.

(**) Students must submit, together with the Registration Form, an official letter from their university confirming their full-time student status and the degree program in which they are enrolled.

All registration fees for the 7th International Congress on Biohydrogels are final and strictly non-refundable.

Upon completion of the registration process and confirmation of payment, no refunds, reimbursements, or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies, without limitation, to cancellations, inability to attend, travel restrictions, visa denial, personal circumstances, or any other unforeseen events.

Participants are strongly advised to verify their availability, travel arrangements, and visa requirements prior to completing their registration and payment.

By submitting the registration form and completing the payment, participants acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
